This is a great opportunity for someone who has some technical IT knowledge along with great customer service skills, is keen to learn more and start their career in IT support.

Duties will include:

  • Handling support calls and support tickets in an efficient and confident manner, being thoughtful of the issues and always having the client as their top priority
  • Management and configuration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, NAS, Windows Servers
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc)
  • Set up devices with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc)
  • Networking knowledge, firewalls, routers, patch panels, switches, network cabling
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
  • Organise and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc)
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and report back to the CEO
  • Training will be provided
  • A full driving licence is required
