This vacancy is for a Business Admin Apprentice. Your job role will include providing administrative support to the surveyors which will include:

  • Printing and binding documents ready for dispatch or PDF format
  • Coordinating workflow with our off-site freelance contractors typist and CAD technician – scanning, printing, electronic filing
  • Xero accounting data input
  • Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date
  • Office management – confidential waste, office supply (paper, cartridges, stamps) re-order, pre-paid postage Filing – paper and electronic, including coding / reference numbers on documents

With support and training you will also be:

  • Formulating a new customer database Website review and update liaison with web designer
  • Marketing – implementing and driving the marketing plan
