Reports to the Senior Chef.

Duties will include:

  • Preparation of food productions areas
  • Observe food hygiene regulations
  • Learn and develop knowledge of menu items - from fast casual pub grub through to more refined multiple course menus
  • Prepare food to menu request in a timely fashion
  • Manage stock
  • Clean down kitchen after service
  • Develop knowledge of food allergens
  • Assist with menu compilation
