Reports to the Senior Chef Duties will include:

  • Preparation of food productions areas
  • Observe food hygiene regulations
  • Learn and develop knowledge of menu items - from fast casual pub grub through to more refined multiple course menus
  • Prepare food to menu request in a timely fashion
  • Manage stock
  • Clean down kitchen after service
  • Develop knowledge of food allergens
  • Assist with menu compilation

Bradfield Brewery is a family run brewery based on a busy working farm in the Peak District, within the picturesque village of Bradfield. Using the finest malts, traditional hops and natural spring water from our own borehole we produce a range of distinctive and award winning cask conditioned real ales. The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is �4.30 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
