In this job role you will be expected to carry out basic administration duties as well as reception duties. This includes greeting visitors, answering the phone, responding to emails. You will also be expected to deal with staff, parents and pupils on a daily basis while running the school office.

If you have completed your level 2 Apprenticeship in either Business Administration or Customer Service and want to advance your learning and develop more technical skills, the Advanced Level Apprenticeship will be of interest to you, this programme takes 18 months and you will gain these qualifications:
