  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organise and schedule appointments with company software
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including; answering calls, dealing with emails, organising diaries, welcoming clients and customers
  • Provide support to managers and employees, assisting in the completion of forms and various paperwork
  • Working closely with Junior Project Managers and Senior Business Administrators to deal with specific project related tasks.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the business including end-users and clients
