We are looking for an individual who has genuine desire and drive to achieving sales targets and beyond, one that thrives on excelling within their role. Your will learn the skills to actively promote the full range of our services in store to customers and you will become proficient at operating on –line via our chosen websites and facebook through listings, posts and promotions.

As a Customer Service apprentice your course will be delivered within the workplace, you will not be required to attend the Grimsby Institute during the delivery of the programme.

Duties include:

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries face to face and over the telephone
  • Take customer payments
  • Stock rotation
  • Product testing
  • Marketing new lines and offers via social media platforms
  • Maintain shop floor and window displays to a high standard
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Promote additional products and services to customers
