About the Role:

Right now, IC Blue are looking for a full time apprentices, to work in a Sales Support role.

Working in a busy office environment, you’ll be supporting the account managers with their day-to-day admin duties. You will become a valuable member of team and could have the opportunity to grow within your role from a sales administrator to a junior account manager.

Day to Day, you’ll be supporting Account Managers, dealing with the below:

  • Communicating via phone and email
  • Dealing with inbound calls
  • Accounting managing
  • General admin task - scanning, photo copying
  • Creating quotes
  • Invoicing
  • Generating orders
  • Complaint handling
  • Gaining confirmation of orders from customers/clients

Requirements and prospects

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good time keeping
  • Able to achieve deadlines
  • To have competent computer skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • To have the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise
  • Desirable - able to speak a fluent 2nd language - Italian, Polish, Spanish

You’ll need to have/be:

  • Hard working

  • Willing to undertaking further training where necessary

GCSE - English and maths at grade C/4, equivalent or above.
