A normal day would include:

  • Communication with customer of a daily basis – face to face, telephone, and face to face
  • Dealing with client’s personal details and following security procedures
  • Taking customer payments by card and cash - inputting data into our secured system
  • Dealing with all enquiries including complaints in a professional polite manner
  • Arranging delivery service for customers – scheduling staff to collect customers storage items 
  • Responsibility to complete key documentation with the customer and gather signatures
  • Processing orders and invoicing customers
