We are looking for an apprentice butcher to work 36 hours a week between Monday to Saturday. They will be trained in all aspects of the meat industry.
Duties and tasks, you will carry out are:

Things to consider
It is hard work, often involves weekend work and it can be physically demanding. In the winter it is a cold environment to work in.
Butchery is a skills shortage so if you are proficient and qualified you can earn a good living. It also gives you opportunity to travel and work.
