The Deli Counter opened its doors in 2017 in Leadgate, County Durham and since then have served home cooked, quality food at affordable prices to returning customers on a daily basis, whether they want to sit in or take away. They are delighted to offer 1 position for a Production Chef Apprentice to join the team.

Daily duties/responsibilities:

  • Excellent personal hygiene
  • Excellent food hygiene
  • Compliance of procedures
  • Complete menu specifications
  • Preparing food
  • Assist the chef
  • Oversee food supplies
  • Cleaning of kitchen surfaces
  • Any other duties applicable to the role
