A Customer Service Assistant Apprentice is required to support a very busy team based at the beautiful DH9 Café/Coffee Shop in the busy town of Stanley. We are a lovely little team of really friendly staff. We stock fresh home cooked food, from pies to cakes, breakfasts, and drinks and many more to enjoy with celebration cakes made to order.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

DH9 Cafe are delighted to be expanding their team and are happy to announce they have a vacancy for a Customer Service Apprentice to work in the Café/Coffee Shop.
Daily duties/responsibilities will include:
- Friendly with customers and staff
- Contributing to teamwork and supporting colleagues
- Serving drinks
- Serving tables
- Clearing tables
- Using the till
- Operating the coffee machine
Requirements and prospects
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Flair and ambition
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Working quickly without compromising quality
4 GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English.
To become fully qualified to Level 2 with a prospect to becoming a fully qualified team member and the possibility of a full-time job.
