Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 36.00

Level 2 (GCSE)
Customer service to include face to face and telephone contact.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Booking appointments
- Managing tasks
- Patients registrations
- Understanding prescriptions
- Patient queries
And any other related duties using bespoke clinical system
Requirements and prospects
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficient Keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Word and Outlook
- Hard working
- Team player
GCSE/A-Levels or Equivalent including GCSE Grades A*-C (9-4) or equivalent in English and maths.
Possible career in Healthcare Administration after completion
