  • Provide high quality and timely data input and processing
  • Use output reports for audit, optimisation and credibility checking ensuring accuracy and validity of data as directed by the MIS Officers
  • Gain a basic knowledge of funding methodologies
  • Work as part of the MIS team and provide data entry and front line enrolment support
  • Support the data entry process for the annual curriculum planning process
  • Support the examinations Team with achievement data processing, entries and other duties as required
  • Manage timetable changes and assist with day to day requests and resource related issue
  • Provide an excellent, professional and helpful customer service at all times
  • Support the process of gathering learner’s destination data
  • Work occasional additional hours at necessary times to meet MIS deadlines
  • Work required overtime during main enrolment period
  • Attend and contribute to Team meetings as and when requested
