    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
    Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
    The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Future prospects

Please be advised; The Training Provider (Central Training Group) will be managing all applications for this vacancy. You will be invited to attend an information, advice and guidance session with Central Training group, where an initial interview/meeting will take place before your application can be processed any further. We can also offer a clear progression path for the right candidate to one day become a full 360 Consultant. In addition to this we are also presenting an opportunity for you to undertake an apprenticeship in this role, studying for a professional qualification alongside your role. We currently have three former apprentices working as integral parts of our business, which shows our proven track record of developing and progressing our apprentices into exciting roles in the business.

Please note working hours are varied between 0800-1800. Shifts are stated below: Monday 0830 – 1730 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 0830 – 1800 Friday 0900 – 1700
