Duties will include:

  • Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction
  • Occasional local errands such as getting stationary or going to the post office
  • Checking and signing off deliveries
  • Preparing resources for meetings e.g. printing and scanning documents, word processing and binding books
  • Desktop researching and & finding resources
  • Gathering management information such as reports from the Administration Manager
  • Shadowing Directors and assisting when required
  • Assisting in reports
  • Making travel plans
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Assisting other departments with specific tasks

  • Undertake any reasonable request as directed by the Directors
  • Participate in development & training which may involve infrequent working at weekends
