You will have the opportunity to learn everything about how butchery runs within our retail shop. You will train in all aspects of butchery from sausages to display and carcase breakdown.

- Making pies
- Taking in deliveries
- Mincing and preparing sausages

Permanent position within the business.
Things to consider
It is hard work and often involves weekend work. It can be physically demanding and in the winter it is a cold environment to work in.
Butchery is a skills shortage so if you are proficient and qualified you can earn a good living.
