Day-to-day, activities include:
- Efficiently answer all telephone calls
- Recruitment administration
- To provide admin services to Right Care with current best practice
- Respond positively to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
You will also undergo training within the care sector as a back up to deliver care as additional hours of pay if required.
Requirements and prospects
- Good organisation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook etc.
- Friendly and polite
- Professional telephone manner
- GCSE or equivalent in maths at D / 3 and above
- GCSE or equivalent in English C / 4 and above
A full-time role will be offered on completion if the business is in a financial position to do so.
Things to consider
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
