Please see below listed responsibilities for this role, (but not limited to):

  • Offering full assistance and support to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries via email
  • Building reports as required
  • Processing of maintenance work orders and reports
  • Examine and identify errors within maintenance documentation
  • Booking in engineers visits with clients
  • Data inputting into Salesforce (any experience of Salesforce would be advantageous)
