Eden Hearth and Home are seeking a motivated, polite and hardworking candidate to join them as a business administration apprentice. Full training will be provided and there will be great deal of variety relating to the tasks that you are asked to perform.

Tasks will often include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email and face to face meetings
  • Sales and processing payments *managing diary systems
  • Handling money
  • Liaison with trade suppliers and accounts
  • Marketing and social media
  • Supporting with the day to day running of the business
  • Meeting with customers to help determine the right product for them
  • Demonstrating products
  • After sales
  • Drawing up contracts
  • Ordering goods
  • Invoicing and payments
  • Emailing customers information for invoice and quotation
  • Updating supplier lists and brochures
  • Supporting with business marketing
  • Social media and newspaper adverts
  • Supporting sales manager

  • You must ensure you have suitable travel arrangements in place to get to and from work and to attend Cornwall College St. Austell
