Duties to include:

  • File hard copy/electronic correspondence in relevant folders
  • Archiving of documentation
  • Process/distribute incoming/outgoing post
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Produce meeting minutes
  • Upload and file general contract information onto SharePoint system
  • Arrange meeting rooms and planning refreshments
  • Answering phone calls and transferring as necessary, taking any accurate messages where appropriate
  • Draft, formats and prints relevant documents
  • Assist with drawing control and printing/distribution
  • Assisting site teams with contract admin as required

Desired qualifications

Applicants will need a minimum of 3 GCSEs at A*-C (9-4) grades including in English and Mathematics based subjects or equivalent.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate wages will also be increased depending on work and progression.
