Most of your working week will be spent at Hungry Mule HQ prepping for weekend events. On the Saturday you will be working at locations across the Southwest.

We cook for big numbers when it comes to functions but still present and serve high end, high quality, innovative food.

You’ll also be expected to:

  • Help load and unload vans
  • Set up mobile kitchens
  • Get involved with our evolving Rib Shop takeaway
  • Cooking and serving from our food trailer
  • All of our chefs take their turn in the sink, so you’ll be expected to help out with the washing up where needed too

Desired skills

  • Good knife skills.

Personal qualities

  • Must be hard working, reliable and punctual with a good sense of humour
  • Must be a quick, efficient, tidy worker

Desired qualifications

A driving licence would be preferred but not essential.

Future prospects

Prospect of progression to a higher-level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship.
