Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Quotes – via telephone and email
  • File Openings 
  • Client TOB letters 
  • Chasing Letters and template letters to clients, agents solicitors etc.
  • Opening Post, Scanning into files and placing paper copies with files
  • Ensuring the post is passed to the relevant persons 
  • End of day post and franking
  • Monitoring and ordering stationary 
  • Preparing files for daily appointments with fee earners
  • Diary to be reviewed daily – and files to be passed to relevant person
  • Ensuring all files remain in diary and are put back into the diary daily 
  • Full drawer sweep to be done once a month Telephone
  • Taking calls and messages 
  • Follow up on messages to ensure calls are returned
  • File closures 
  • Organising and monitoring safe documents
  • Marketing Letters to previous clients 
  • Typing of tape dictation 
  • Amendments to letters
  • Preparing Invoices 
  • Costing of file
