Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Level 2 (GCSE)
In house training with support from City of Wolverhampton College.
Manufacture of Stainless Steel cooking equipment, using appropriate tools, and shadowing professional staff members.
Apprentice fabricator - all skills will be taught in house, welding, press brake, finishing, polishing, packing, goods in and goods out.
- Drilling and tapping
- Tig welding
- Occasional Mig welding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Measuring and marking out
- Learning and adhering to companies Health & Safety rules/policies
Requirements and prospects
- Methodical and good attention to detail/good coordination
- Good communicator
- Punctual and good timekeeper
- Willingness to learn
- Be able to read technical drawings
- Team player
GCSE maths C/D4/3 or equivalent as a minimum. May look at lower grade if candidate has the work capability.
At the end of the Apprenticeship there may be the possibility of a full time position.
