Daily duties will include:

  • Organise and schedule property inspections with tenants and liaising with the team
  • Book staff/workmen for job/shifts as may be required from time to time
  • Interact with customers to know their requirements and needs
  • Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services
  • Stock taking and inventory
  • Maintain and manage clients’ files and databases
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with teams to ensure quality services to customers
  • Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
  • Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management
  • Implement company policies and procedures in providing good customer services
