The Role
To plan, prepare and cook food that delights customers.
Aside from cooking, key accountabilities include keeping the kitchen orderly, efficient and clean, kitchen portering, stock management, health and hygiene upkeep, compliance paperwork, and cost control.

The Person
We are looking for a keen, energetic individual with a keen eye for presentation and quality. You will be a key member of the team, and should therefore be able to work as part of a team and take direction.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Kitchen porter
  • Cooking food to order
  • Preparation of food
  • Stock control
  • Ordering
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, ordered and efficient

The above is not exhaustive, and you will be required to carry out other duties that are within your capabilities, to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Things to consider

The premises are open daily from 07.00 to 23.00 (midnight on Friday and Saturdays) so flexibility around working when required, and unsociable hours is a must.
