Our National Hire Desk supports our large national customers so is a busy, demanding and fast-paced environment by working collaboratively whilst maintaining the companies 4 core values of Wowness, Trust, Together Matters, and Safety First.

You will be supported and trained to:

  • Support the National Hire Desk Manager with day to day enquiries from our National Customers
  • Liaise with our depots and regional Hire Controllers regarding the availability of vehicles and drivers
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting around turn-downs, KPIs and sales information
  • Assist with investigating issues and general queries from our National Customers
