Manufacturing and export conglomerate with more than 2000 employees at 14 locations in 11 countries are seeking an Apprentice to learn the full operation of printing techniques from their Brentford base.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Level 2 (GCSE)
To learn the full operation of printing techniques including Digital/Rotary Flexo/Thermal.
- Art working
- Plate making
- Post press
As well as:
- Warehouse duties
- Stock management
- Run live orders
- Support entire manufacturing process
Requirements and prospects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Adobe products - experience with Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus, but training will be given
- Well spoken
- Willing to learn
- Team player
GCSE's at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English would be an advantage.
To become a Full Print Operator and potential to grow skills within the company.
Things to consider
Some training could possibly take place in China, depending on the needs of the candidate, so a willingness to travel and a passport would be helpful but not essential.
