Your role will be varied and will include: - 

  • Ordering and correctly strong fresh food 
  • Assisting with pre-service prep 
  • Cooking during the event 
  • Moving around sections to learn and assist 

All the food we cook is from fresh ingredients, dishes are bistro-style and rosette quality.

Desired qualifications

Ideally you will have GCSE Maths & English 4/C or above however, you may be able to study towards these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship dependant on personal circumstances.

There is potential for permanent employment on successful completion of your apprenticeship along with a £1,000 bonus.

Please consider how you will get to work each day, work start/finish times may not coincide with buses. 

This role will include some evenings and weekends.
