During your apprenticeship you will receive the very best support, training and development so that you can act in the customers best interest.

Duties will include:

  • Provide information and technical guidance to customers on our products in order to meet the customers needs
  • Deal with queries and complaints from internal colleagues and external customers
  • Work flexibly within a cross functional team to ensure smooth delivery, communications and administration
  • Stay up to date on products, services and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Keep e-commerce platforms up to date with products, prices and images etc.
  • Administration and any other day to day duties as requested
