We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and motivated team as a Customer Service Apprentice. Booking out goods using the FedEx software. Booking out goods via pallet company. Deal with export paperwork post Brexit.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Duties to include:
- General business administration
- Answering the telephone, dealing with customers
- Rotation in Sales department
- Covering reception when required
- Helping sort out archiving area in preparation for year end accounts
Requirements and prospects
- Good maths skills
- Good timekeeper
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Microsoft Word and Excel basic knowledge
- Hard working
- Passion for creative design
- Excellent time management
GCSE at grade A*-C or 9-4 or equivalent qualifications.
After completion of the qualification there may be the possibility of full-time employment.
Things to consider
A good level of maths is required due to rotation in the sales department.
Smart clothing, no jeans.
