A fast growing local IT company is looking for a Level 3 Apprentice IT infrastructure Technician to join their busy team.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Cabling and installing networks
  • Front of house customer service
  • Computer repair
  • Customer IT support both face to face and over the telephone to both private and commercial customers as well as configuring and testing hardware components,networks and devices

The company is based outside of the City Centre so the successful candidate would need to use Public Transport or have their own means of transport.

TrAC is acting as an Apprentice Training Agency (ATA) and will engage you for the duration of the Apprenticeship and pay your salary. You should be aware that the company/business named in this vacancy is a host employer and you will not be employed by them. Your placement may change during the course of your Apprenticeship.
