We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Executive; we are looking for someone with an out-going personality who enjoys speaking to and interacting with people. Our client is a rapidly growing business within the finance sector.

We are looking for someone who is aspiring for a career in finance and with a can-do attitude to grow within a local business. Progression opportunities for candidates that prove themselves over time.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to work towards and achieve weekly KPI’s as set out by your team leader
  • Learn and understand the processes of the business
  • Process loan applications
  • Offer a good understanding of lending products available to the customers and the key features of the products (through in-house training)
  • Where appropriate, introduce the next steps in the loan application process
  • Transfer customer to the secured Loan Sales team so they can match the requirements of the customer to a suitable product
  • To demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy

Sophie Ness

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard which includes:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

You will be required to attend structured session at our learning centre each month.

You will have access to your own online e-portfolio to monitor your progress and access resources. You will be assigned a Trainer who specialises in teaching and delivering the Customer Service qualification; they will be with you during your sessions in the centre and also make regular visits to see you in your place of work. 

Sessions are kept small to ensure each learner gets the correct support and guidance throughout the duration of their apprenticeship.
