The role of Lettings Officer is responsible for managing referrals from partner agencies, coordinating the letting of empty properties, as well as co-ordinating viewings and managing the voids, invoice and rent in advance spreadsheets.

Main purpose of the job:

  • Coordinating the allocation and letting of empty properties in order to minimise turnaround times
  • Coordinating the administration of the day to day functions of Bridge Housing Solutions, ensuring all spreadsheets are up to date
  • Producing reports, PIs and information on void performance, for the CEO, Directors, Investors and local authorities
  • Be able to use their initiative and make sound decisions in line with policies and procedures
  • Work as a team to ensure consistency of service and provide support including cover during staff absence
