Duties will include:

  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Serving food and drink
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Ensuring serving areas are cleared quickly and efficiently
  • Preparing and serving hot beverages
  • Preparing food/cooking
  • Preparing and checking bills and receiving payment
  • Maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
  • Assisting with all preparations and delivery of day to day service
  • Stock rotation
  • Other duties as requested

Things to consider

  • The employer is looking for someone who is keen to work as part of a team and who has a high standard of personal hygiene
  • You will be expected to be in for preparation before doors open and to clear down after they close. You will be expected to be flexible with your working hours and should expect breaks outside of busy service periods
  • Some weekend work will be required
