Supporting the regional directors and account management team in filling job vacancies on construction projects across the UK. This is a busy and reactive role, with the teams having  multiple jobs to fill each day.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Registering candidates
  • Checking compliance documents in line with government guidance and legal requirements
  • Taking references
  • Advertising jobs
  • Completion of candidate forms and related paperwork
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Sending assignment confirmation details

  • The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a customer facing role and/or administration, must be comfortable handling calls and working in what can be a fast-paced environment at times, good problem solver and be comfortable working as part of a team
