Front-of-house responsibilities alongside taking the patient through the treatment journey and being able to confidently discuss the treatment and the fees involved. The Administrator requires responsibility, patience, understanding and empathy when dealing with patients. You must love communicating to build relationships and help drive sales.

The role involves front-of-house responsibilities including welcoming patients, completing admin work, answering calls, liaising with third parties, managing the diary, dealing with patient requests, liasing with the Clinical staff, handling cash, emailing 3rd parties.
It will also involve taking the patient through the treatment journey and being able to confidently discuss the treatment and the fees involved.
