    The White Hart Hotel is open 7 days a week. You will be working through Monday to Sunday on a rota basis to include split shifts. An example of split shifts is 11:00 to 14:00 then 17:30 to 20:30.

You will be working alongside our Head Chef and daily duties will include:

  • Food preparation
  • Cooking menu dishes including starters and desserts
  • Adhering to food hygiene practices
  • Administering food temperature checks
  • Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the kitchen
  • Assisting with cleaning
  • Assisting with deliveries

About the employer

The White Hart Hotel - the original building was originally built for Henry Harvey, brother in law of Richard Trevithick.

With free Wi-Fi in public areas, The White Hart Hotel dates back to 1838, and is situated in the centre of Hayle in Cornwall.

Rooms are elegant in style, and feature an en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms feature original works of art.

The restaurant is also decorated with original artwork and quirky antiques. A wide range of delicious homemade meals are served, made from local ingredients. There is an à la carte menu along with lighter meals, bar snacks and desserts.
