This role will involve all elements of learning to become a Food And Drink Process Operator, including:

  • Production of ice cream & sorbet
  • Stocktaking
  • Packing, picking and labelling
  • Storing ice cream in the freezers
  • Checking in deliveries from suppliers
  • Assisting with the stocking of ice cream vans in the mornings as required
  • Following standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and traditional recipes
  • Cleaning of all equipment & production areas to be adhered to using the HACCP System
  • Weighing out ingredients and relevant calculations
  • Filling in paperwork
