The successful candidate will be responsible for the kitchen function. You will work towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard.

Responsibilities will include:
- Cooking dishes such as pastries, fish and chips, bacon and sausages etc.
- Checking stock, food dates
- Supporting the kitchen porter in their role

- Someone that is honest and able to use their initiative
We are looking for someone that will be able to grow and develop during their apprenticeship, a person that is motivated and passionate about their work.
A person that can work well in a small team of people and overall be a great team player.
Ideally hold a qualification in food hygiene and prep (or equivalent).
GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Potential progression into full-time employment upon completion.

Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Formal training to be provided by Weymouth College with informal, on the job training by Nichola Harvey with regards to food hygiene, barista training and customer service skills. Food hygiene courses are provided online by NCASS and will be undertaken in work time.
