We are a busy and successful family run business in New Milton, looking for an enthusastic administration apprentice who enjoys variety, getting stuck in and learning as much as they can. As well as administrative tasks, you'll be able to interact with customers and get to know our products.

This is a really varied position and we're keen for the successful apprentice to want to learn and get involved, so the job role will develop. Working with the team you will be learning about:
Processing orders on Sage – Woo Commerce – Amazon - eBay
Processing purchase orders
Responding to online and customer requests, via email, telephone or face to face and getting to know our products and service
Social Media advertising
Uploading products on website, Amazon, eBay and other systems
Research on products that can be added to our portfolio and considering all aspects of costs and margin
Maintaining accurate records
General office duties as required
We all pitch in together as much as possible, even if that means moving some stock around.
Requirements and prospects
Computer literate and accurate keyboard skills
Good telephone manner and able to speak to customers face to face
Orgainsed and able to manage priorities
Great team player!

Positive, with a can do attitude
5 GCSEs at grade C/4 and above or equivalent, which must include English and Maths. Candidates with A level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications and degree holders who have no previous qualification within this field are also able to apply.
Prospect of full time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
