  • Attend the Clear Thinking Induction
  • Attend training in house and at college
  • Complete and deliver apprenticeship work on time and to the standard required
  • Proactively answer the service desk phone within 3 rings
  • Create Service Desk tickets with accurate information
  • Log information into the Service Desk system accurately
  • Keep customers up to date on issues and deliver on promises
  • Build a positive working relationship with the business and customers
  • Gain a clear understanding of the clear thinking customer base
  • Apply logical trouble shooting that is within your technical ability
  • Provide support for printing, mobile devices, range of computers including Macs
  • Support users on both hardware and software applications
  • Escalate issues with the team when necessary
