Main duties:

  • Working closely with the Manager of the department to assist with day-to-day administration
  • Plan, organise and prepare documentation for meetings
  • Respond to emails, prepare correspondence and assist with phone calls where necessary
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, current filing and office systems
  • Conducting research and assisting by providing information required by other members of the team

Things to consider

Interview: 

We will be interviewing candidates who meet the criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date.

Reality Check:

You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst awaiting for your first wages to be paid. 

Travel Information:

Approx. 5 minutes walking from Rochester Train Station. Multiple buses into the centre of town.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
