This will be a very varied role and the apprentice will be learning from back of house to front of house aspects of the business from cleaning to waiting on.

Duties to include 

  • Taking bookings 
  • Taking payments 
  • Welcoming guests 
  • Managing stock 
  • Cleaning/Tidying 
  • Serving food and drinks 
  • Helping to create a pleasant and friendly atmosphere 
  • Any other duties that befit your role or will further your training
