Commis Chef Apprentice Alton Bridge Hotel

Working alongside our head chefs and team to learn all aspects of the kitchen from the basic food safety standards up to producing a high standard of fresh local produce into high standard dishes. A fast-paced environment in both kitchens. Weekends, school holidays and busy periods will need to be worked.
