Hairdressing Apprentice required to provide support to Stylists, in a prestigious salon based in the centre of Banbury, whilst training for Level 2 Hair Professional.

Level 2 (GCSE)
Hairdressing Apprentice required to provide salon support whilst training to gain Level 2 Hair Professional Standard.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Reception duties
- Customer service
- Offering refreshments
Practical hairdressing skills will be learned in the salon from experienced stylists.
Requirements and prospects
None required as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level or personal grooming
- An interest in the hair and beauty industry
- GCSE grade A-D/4-9 (or equivalent) including English and maths
Without the desired qualifications, additional Functional Skills training will be provided in English and maths by Introtrain.
To become a qualified Hair Stylist with invaluable life skills alongside practical hairdressing skills and knowledge.
Things to consider

- The Hair Professional Level 2 Standard
- Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 1
- Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) to be delivered by Introtrain
- Introtrain will attend on a monthly basis to delivery training
Practical training to be provided by the employer whilst working in the salon. At the end of the two year programme there will be an End Point Assessment (EPA).
