About the employer

Stafford Rugby Union Football Club has recently moved from its Castlefields site, to brand new facilities in Blackberry Lane, Doxey, about 1 mile from the centre of Stafford. Among the newly opened facilities are four playing pitches, a large suite, gymnasium, home and away team dressing rooms, and fabulous catering facilities.

All the catering facilities are operated by Fuller’s Clubhouse Kitchens, and the manager is keen to recruit a catering apprentice, who above all, has an enthusiastic approach to learning, and developing themselves within the new business venture. The successful candidate will need to be up for hard work, and show commitment and drive to deliver a quality product, often in a high-pressure environment.
