Duties will include:

  • Answering telephones professionally and courteously
  • Making outbound calls to candidates
  • Booking temporary candidates in for registration
  • Be responsible for the petty cash and ensuring all receipts are collected to keep a track of all payments made
  • Deal promptly and thoroughly with pay queries from temporary workers
  • Assist with payroll, including checking timesheets against attendance sheets and raising timesheet queries when required
  • Create and refresh adverts for all roles weekly
  • Update Microsoft Excel databases daily, especially databases which include new temporary workers who come to register
  • Manage KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and send this information over to clients
  • Assist with maintaining a well equipped and tidy working environment
  • Advise Recruitment Consultant with staff availability
  • Be able to make availability calls to see what temporary workers are available for work
  • Process New Starters by end of play Friday ensuring accuracy of information supplied
  • Maintain a positive working relationship particularly with Recruitment Consultant
  • Working with Recruitment Consultant daily to maintain an updated list of available workers
  • CV searching for permanent roles
  • Sourcing candidates for all roles across temporary and permanent staffing
  • Business Development activity to engage with new business
