As the Customer service and administration assistant Apprentice you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with customer service, administration tasks and anything else that management might require
  • Answering the phone
  • Assisting with paperwork
  • Inputting data and office administration

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and will show our service users and their families the utmost respect. This is the most important aspect of the job
  • Good IT skills are also required.

Personal qualities

  • The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic
  • Be reliable and honest and be able to fit into a small office team
  • Good attention to detail

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE (or equivalent) English and maths grade C/4 or above are desired but not essential

  • Depending on the performance of the candidate there is the possibility of career progression.
