You will assist in all aspects of preparation and cooking of ingredients overseen by our head and/or sous chef.

Duties will include: 

  • Butchery, veg, fish, pastry prep
  • Prep of afternoon teas
  • Assisting with ordering, taking delivery of and correctly storage ingredients
  • Cleaning and tidying the kitchen/prep areas both ‘as you go’ through prep/service and afterward
  • At all times working to hygiene practices to ensure high food safety standards
  • Any other duties that befit your role or will further your training
